RETURNS / REFUND POLICY
Please note that courier fees are non-refundable in the case of anything being returned. Delivery of the returned items back to Posh Shopping will also be at the buyer’s cost, unless the reason for the return is entirely the fault of Posh Shopping.
Posh Shopping is still a small business and cannot carry the cost to paying courier fees on returns at this stage.
Refunds will only be processed once the returned items have been received, and then checked that they are in the same condition as they where when sold.
Please note that certain items may not qualify for returns, these will be mentioned in the description if applicable.

In the unlikely event that the item you have ordered is not available, you will be offered a full refund for that item or you can choose a store credit towards a replacement item.
Your refund in this case will include the courier fees if nothing has been shipped yet.
All items for sale have been as accurately photographed and described as possible. Please note there may be some colour variations depending on your screen resolution and monitor settings. Please don’t hesitate to ask if you are unsure before placing your order.
While every effort is made to ensure that each item is described as accurately as possible, there may be a typo or incorrect info mentioned every now and then. This will be rectified as soon as noticed, but Posh Shopping will not be held responsible for these typos.
If such an error causes an incorrect purchase, Posh Shopping will look at each order on a case to case basis. We will try and resolve the matter as fairly as possible.
