By clicking on the 'PayFast' button, you can pay via:

Instant EFT

Credit / Cheque card & Zapper

 

Alternatively you can manually pay via EFT or Bank Deposit within 24 hours of placing your

order, and send your payment proof to sales@poshshopping.co.za to confirm your order.

Orders will be dispatched within 1 working day of receiving full payment.

LOCAL : DURBAN METRO AREA ONLY

Courier to your door for R55 ~ takes 1-2 working days to arrive

NATIONWIDE : MAIN CITIES ONLY

Courier to your door for R85 ~ takes 1-3 working days to arrive

GREY ZONES : SMALLER TOWNS & OUTLYING / RURAL AREAS

Courier to your door for R100 ~ takes 2-5 working days to arrive

 

If your cart total is over R1500 you qualify for FREE delivery to any zone.

 

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Your tracking/waybill number will be sent to you as soon as it's available. 

All other methods/arrangements will be communicated via Whatsapp or Email.

 

RETURNS / REFUNDS

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of something being returned.

Unless the reason for the return is entirely the fault of Posh Shopping.

 

Shipping of the returned items back to Posh Shopping will also be at the buyer's cost.

Refunds will only be processed once the returned items have been received and checked that they are in the same condition as they where when sold.

Please note that certain items may not qualify for returns, these will be mentioned in the description if applicable.

 

In the event that the item you have ordered is not available anymore,

you will be offered a full refund*

* Your refund will include the shipping cost as nothing has been shipped yet.

You can also choose a store credit towards a replacement item.

This will be promptly communicated with you to make alternate arrangements.
